Screen Printing
Screen printing is a traditional method that involves creating a stencil, or 'screen', and using it to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. It's known for its vibrant colors and durability, making it an excellent choice for large order jobs with fewer colors.

Direct To Garment (DTG)
Direct to Garment (DTG) is a newer method that prints an image directly onto the textile or garment with a special printer using water-based inks. This is great for detailed and colorful designs, and allows for high-resolution outputs. However, it's not ideal for high quantity orders due to its slower production time.
-
Direct to Film (DTF)
Direct to Film (DTF) is a recent technology in the textile printing industry where designs are printed on a film, then heat transferred onto the fabric. It allows for full-color, detailed designs with a soft feel on the garment. This process is ideal for both small and large batches, offering a balance between quality and speed.
-
Sublimation
Sublimation is another innovative printing method where heat is used to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. This technique is best for putting intricate, full-color designs onto polyester garments, and it allows for the ink to become part of the fabric, which makes the design undetectable to touch and incredibly durable.
-
Spot Sublimation
Spot Sublimation uses the same technology to dye polyester fabrics with detailed and colorful designs with the exception that the decoration is done post garment construction. This allows for a colorful yet affordable print option on white polyester products.
